分析新时期高校学生干部的工作现状和目前存在的突出问题,进一步明确当代学生干部应具备的基本素质,提出了加强学生干部队伍建设的一些措施:充分调动被教育者的主观能动性,发挥学生主体作用,落实教育改革的各种措施等。

The author has analysed the working current situation of student cadres in university, and outstanding problems existing at present under the new situation in the article, defined the basic quality that a contemporary student cadres should possess further, proposed some measures strengthening student' s cadres' contingent building : Fully arouse the subjective initiative of the person educated, give play to the role of student's subject and implement various kinds of measures of educational reform,etc.
