摘要
目的 :为了解脑电生物反馈治疗 ADHD (注意缺陷多动障碍 )的疗效是否受一些外部因素的影响 ,进一步为 ADHD患儿提供全面、有效的治疗手段。方法 :将接受脑电生物反馈治疗的 ADHD患儿在接受 2 0~ 40次治疗后进行注意力、记忆力、反应时及冲动性的前后对比 ,同时对患儿日常学月习惯的改善情况进行调查反馈 ,将注意力、记忆力、反应时及冲动性明显好转 ,学习习惯明显改善且家长认为疗效满意者归为 A组 ,共 56例 ,上述情况无明显好转且家长认为疗效可疑者归为 B组 ,共 1 4例。对两组儿童在家庭环境及操作者心理指导方面进行回顾性调查分析。结果 :显示 A组 40例患儿父母认为脑电生物反馈治疗 ADHD应配合家庭教育同时家长确能加强课外辅导 ,占该组71 .43% ,B组 4例同意上述观点 ,占 2 8.57% ,两组对比 P<0 .0 1 ,有极显著性差异 ,A组共治疗 1 690人次 ,其中 10 36次治疗前后均给予鼓励性心理指导 ,占 61 .30 % ,B组共治疗 530人次 ,其中 2 96次于治疗前后给予鼓励性心理指导 ,占 55.85% ,两组对比 P<0 .0 5,有显著性差异。结论 :脑电生物反馈治疗 ADHD的疗效受家庭环境及操作者是否给予必要的心理指导的影响 ,这种心理指导不同于一般的心理治疗 。
Objective:To study the relationship among the effect of EEG Biofeedback Trainin g , family environment factors and conductor's psychology guide, so as to probe if there is relationship between external factors and the effect of EEG Biofeedbac k Training on ADHD. Method:All subjects have had 20~40 times of E E G Biofeedback Training, A group is valid, and B group is invalid (A and B subjec ts have no difference in sex, age, IQ and learning ability before treatment). Th ere are 56 subjects in A group and 40 subjects in B group. The family environmen t fa ctors and conductor's psychology guide have been compared between the two groups . Result:①Forty subjects in A group and four in B group have advantage family environment factors. The family percentage is 71.43% and 28.57% respectively, di ffers extremely significantly (P<0.01). ②Psychology guide is more in A gr ou p than that in B group. The percentage is 61.30% and 55.58% respectively, differ s significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:Family environment factors and conduct or 's ps ychology guide have influence on the effect of EEG Biofeedback Training on ADHD. This kind of psychology guide is not the same as normal psychoanalysis. It must be taken before, after or during EEG Biofeedback Training.
