子宫内膜热休克蛋白表达与习惯性流产的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨习惯性流产与热休克蛋白 (HSP)表达的关系。方法 :选取 36例不明原因习惯性流产患者作为观察组 ,40例正常妊娠、要求人工流产者作为对照组 ,分别选取其蜕膜组织做常规染色 ;免疫组织化学染色 (S-P法 )标记 HSP70和 HSP90 a在蜕膜组织中的表达。结果 :HSP70阳性表达在观察组和对照组蜕膜组织中分别为 72 .2 %和 42 .5% (P<0 .0 1 ) ;HSP90阳性表达在观察组和对照组蜕膜组织中分别为 66.7%和 45.0 % (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :在习惯性流产患者中 ,HSP通过持续诱导炎症反应和免疫反应、引起体内激素紊乱。 Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of the heat shock proteins(HSP) and habitual abortion.Method:Expression of HSP70 a nd HSP90a in decidua of 36 cases of habitual abortion as objective group and 40 cases of the normal gestation as control group were investigated with S-P metho d.Result:Rates of the expression of HSP70 in the decidua of habitual abortion and control group were 72 2% and 42 5%,respectively(P<0 01).Rates of the expression of HSP90a in the deciduas of habitual abortion and control grou p were 66 7% and 45 0%, respectively (P<0 05).Conclusion:The over e xpressi on of HSP70 and HSP90a in the decidua had many kinds of causes leading to habitu al abortion by inflammation reaction,immunity reaction,hormone disorder and st rengthening the sensitivity of uterus.It may probably become a new therapy for the habitual abortion.
