关于医疗废弃物管理存在的问题与对策的初探

The Problems Existed in Handling and Managing Medical Waste and Our Countermeasures

医疗废弃物具有较强的疾病传染性,是危险废物。目前在管理中存在认识不够、法规制度和管理组织不健全、分散处理危害性大、投入不足等问题。从医疗废弃物处理是一项社会系统工作的角度,探讨提出完善法规;建立组织系统,实行程序化管理;加强宣传和培训;严格废弃物分类;加大投入;依法强化监管等对策。

Medical waste is of strong infectious nature,therefore it is dangerous.But at the present,we haven’t pay sufficient attention to this problem in our management of medical waste,we are still facing inadequacy in relevant law,regulation and management organization,disposal of medical waste separately is very harmful,and there are also insufficient inputs in handling this problem.Be regarding disposal of medical waste as a systematic project of our society,author put forward proposals of further perfecting relevant legislature,establish organization system,practicing systematic and regular management,strengthen publicity and training;Strictly implementing dividing the medical waste,further increase investment in medical waste disposal;Strengthen monitoring and supervision etc.
