乡镇卫生院院长知识需求与培训意向研究——430名乡镇卫生院院长问卷调查(一)

Study on Knowledge Requirement and Training Intention of Heads in Township Hospitals-Investigation by Questionnaire of 430 Heads of Township Hospitals

目的 了解乡镇卫生院院长的基本状况,分析其知识结构和培训需求,为有针对性地进行乡镇卫生院院长培训提供参考,为制定提高乡镇卫生院院长整体素质的基本策略提供依据。方法 问卷和个人深入访谈。结果 乡镇卫生院院长年龄结构合理,工作、任职时间长,学历低、职称高,缺乏管理知识,工作积极性不高,期望得到卫生管理知识的短期培训等。

OBJECTIVE To find out the current situations of heads in township hospitals and analysis their knowledge structure and training demands. Providing reference for training pertinent; to study the strategies to improve the heads whole quality offer witness. METHODS Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. RESULTS the age structure of the directors is in reason, the period of working and holding is longer, their educational level is low, but professional job is high. They are lack of the knowledge of management. Their desire period for training is short term about 1 ~ 3 months.
