摘要
科学技术成果向现实生产力的转化有赖于成果源、中介环节和吸收体三者之间的正常运转。本文联系我国实际情况,具体分析了上述诸环节上存在的一系列问题,最后提出了切实可行的加速科技成果商品化的若干政策建议。
Transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces depends upon smooth operation of three factors, the source of achievements, the medium link and the units that need them. A concrete analysis is made of a series of problems in the above-mentioned link, taking into consideration the actual condition in China, and suggestions are offered about the policies to speed up the transformation.
