Science as the Cultural Background of Scientific Development

本文认为科学不仅是特定文化背景中的产物,同时它也是人的文化观念中一个重要的组成部分。特别是现代社会,科学已变为具有诸多鲜明文化特征的社会系统,成为科学进一步发展的文化背景。本文论述的主要问题是:(1)科学怎样成为发展背景中的文化因素;(2)科学又怎样成为科学发展的文化动因。

In this paper, the author tried to solve two problems. (1) How science has become a factor in the cultural background and, (2) How science has become a power of scientific development.
