Content Analysis of Two Influential Periodicals about Science History

本文选取了国际上较具权威性的“科学史”和ISIS期刊(1983—1988)进行内容分析。依据论文的研究内容和研究的问题所处的年代,分别作了内容分类分析(分为科学与社会,人物,科学史,科学哲学,国别,(地区)科学史,科学思想史,科学组织史,科学方法及其他九类)和断代统计分析。

This is essay makes a quantitative analysis of the foreign science history study.It tries to show the tendency or the'hot point'in the foreign science history research in 1980s,thus providing a reference for the research of science history tn China. The essay selects two famous periodicals,The History of Science and ISIS,as objects to make content analysis.Is can be concluded that the tendency or the'hot point'in foriegn science history resarch (?)s:1 ) The study of'Science and Society',that is the 'external history'study;2) The study of the history of science of late centuries,in partially the 20th century; 3) The above-mentionedtendency possibly s(?)ill last;4) The two periodicals show the same tendency,but the ISIS's tendency is more obvious than the other.
