摘要
在小麦灌浆高峰期对茎秆的机械强度进行测试 ,并对小麦茎秆各节长、粗 ,株高 ,生物学产量等性状进行相关分析及多元回归分析。结果表明 :小麦茎秆机械强度与各节间长呈负相关 ,其中与茎秆基部第 1、2节间长达显著水平 ,与基部第 3节间长达极显著水平 ,与中部第 4节间长达极显著水平 ;与各节间粗呈正相关 ,其中与第 1、5节间粗达显著水平 ,与第 2、3、4节间粗达极显著水平 ;与穗长及穗重相关不显著 ;茎基部第 2节间干物质对机械强度的贡献最大。在小麦的抗倒性育种中 ,选择矮秆。
The physical strength of stalk is tested in the peak time of wheat filling, while correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on properties such as the length, width and plant height of each stalk and the biological yields were carried out The results revealed: The correlation between physical strength of stalk and its internode length were negative correlation, the correlation with the first,second knob of the caudex were significant, with the third knob of the caudex was very significant, with the fourth node of the middle stalk was very significant The correlation between the physical strength and spike length and weight were insignificant The correlation between the physical strength and the second, third and fourth node width were very significant The quality of dry substance in the second knob of caudex contributed most to the physical strength The selection of short-stalk, strong-stalk and big- spike variety is feasible for the variety breeding of wheat lodging resistance
