办公自动化系统建设中的若干关键问题

Key problems in implementation of office automation system

从技术、管理、法规政策以及人等多个角度出发,论述了目前办公自动化系统建设中尚未解决信息安全、管理体制改革、法律政策等方面的一些关键问题,并结合作者在系统开发和项目实施中的一些经验给出了相应的解决方案。

From the view-point of technology management law and policy aspects, this paper discusses some key problems in implementation of office automation system. The problems are information security, administrative system reform, law and policy etc. The authors provide some effective solution to these problems.
