人血管生长素重组大肠杆菌发酵条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 考察了 Mg2 + 、Ca2 + 、NH+4、PO3-4等无机离子、初始 p H、装液量以及诱导前添加葡萄糖对重组大肠杆菌表达rh ANG和菌体生长的影响。经过优化 ,rh ANG表达量提高约 39% ,菌体干重达 1.5 9g/ L ,为工程菌发酵的扩试提供了参考。 The fermentation process of recombinant human angiogenin was studied. The effects of factors such as concentration of inorganic ions, i.e. Mg 2+ ,Ca 2+ ,NH +__4 and PO 3- __4, pH value, volume of medium and the amount of added glucose before induction on rhANG expression were investigated. The results showed that the expression level of rhANG was increased to about 39% of the total bacteria protein and the biomass reached 1.59 g/L after optimization.
