摘要
通过摇瓶发酵试验测定了 Co、Mo、Zn、Cu、Mn、L i6种金属元素的 8种盐类对 Bacillus subtilis发酵生产肌苷的影响。结果表明 ,添加 Mn SO4 、Na2 Mo O4 、Co Cl2 对 B.subtilis JSIM10 19菌株肌苷发酵有促进作用 ,Cu SO4 、L i Cl、Zn SO4 则有抑制作用 ;Na2 Mo O4 对高产菌株 B.subtilis NT4 0作用不明显。 Mn Cl2 和 Mn SO4 对 3株供试菌株的肌苷发酵有促进作用 ,但 K2 Mn O4 则无效。Mn SO4 增产效果优于 Mn Cl2 。随菌株本身生产能力的提高 ,Mn SO4 和 Mn-Cl2 的促进生产肌苷作用会相应降低。
Effects of six metallic elements on inosine fermentation by Bacillus subtilis were investigated in shaking culture. The inosine yield of B. subtilis JSIM1019 was increased by adding low concentration of MnSO_4,Na_2MoO_4 and CoCl_2, and inhibited by adding CuSO_4, LiCl and ZnSO_4. It was remarkable for Mn 2+ to enhance the biosynthesis of inosine of strains JSIM1019, NT40 and HSD116, but different chemical valence of Mn had different effect. MnCl_2 and MnSO_4 increased productivity of inosine. MnSO_4 was better than MnCl_2. However, K_2MnO_4 showed little effect. The positive effect on the mutation strains of higher production ability decreased relatively.
