盐酸托烷司琼胶囊的研制

Preparation and in vitro Dissolution of Tropisetron Hydrochloride Capsules

以淀粉为主要填充剂 ,采用不同工艺制备盐酸托烷司琼胶囊。用高效液相色谱法测定其含量 ,小杯法测定胶囊体外溶出度。结果表明 ,过 4 0目筛制细颗粒填装胶囊 ,颗粒流动性好 ,胶囊溶出均一性好 ,装量差异及含量均匀度均符合药典规定要求。

The tropisetron hydrochloride capsules were prepared by different methods with starch as main excipient. The tropisetron hydrochloride content was determined by HPLC, and the percentage of dissolution was evaluated. The results showed that granules prepared with screen size 40 had good mobility. Dissolution, the capacity diversity and the content uniformity of the capsules prepared with these granules were conformable to the requirements of pharmacopeia.
