复方卡托普利片中卡托普利和氢氯噻嗪的HPLC测定

Determination of Captopril and Hydrochlorothiazide in Compound Captopril Tablets by HPLC

建立了 HPL C法同时测定复方卡托普利片中卡托普利和氢氯噻嗪的含量。采用 C1 8柱 ,流动相为 0 .0 1mol/ L磷酸二氢钠溶液 -甲醇 -乙腈 (6 5∶ 2 5∶ 10 ,p H3.0 ) ,检测波长 2 2 9nm。卡托普利和氢氯噻嗪分别在 4 8～ 5 76 μg/ ml(r=0 .9994 )和 30～ 15 0 μg/ ml(r=0 .9994 )范围内浓度与峰面积成线性关系 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .4 % (RSD=1.6 % )和 10 1.3% (RSD=1.9% )。

A HPLC method for determination of captopril and hydrochlorothiazide in compound captopril tablets was presented. A C_ 18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol-acetonitrile(65∶25∶10, pH 3.0), at detection wavelength of 229 nm. Captopril and hydrochlorothiazide had good linearities in the concentration range of 48～576 μg/ml( r= 0.9994) and 30～150 μg/ml( r=0.9994 ),respectively. The average recoveries were 100.4% ( RSD = 1.6%) and 101.3% ( RSD =1.9%), respectively.
