遗尿症儿童的生活质量分析

Quality of life in children with nocturnal enuresis

目的 探讨遗尿症儿童的生活质量。 方法 采用儿少生活质量问卷对 30例遗尿症儿童的生活质量进行评定。 结果 遗尿组儿童的生活质量各维度均分低于正常儿童组 ,总体满意度患儿组为 (139.1± 16 .9)分 ,正常儿童组为 (182 .4± 13.4 )分 ,2组比较 ,差异有显著性 (t=9.4 9,P<0 .0 1)。 结论 遗尿症儿童的生活质量受到明显损害 ,针对性的心理干预可为其提供有效帮助。

Objectives To study the quality of life in children with nocturnal enuresis. Methods The quality of life in children with nocturnal enuresis were assessed The Inventory of Subjective Life Quality for Child and Adolescent(ISLQ). Results The average scores of every factor was lower in patients than in the controls.The total scores of the quality of life was(139.1±16.9)?(182±13.4),in the patients and the control group,respectively there were significant differences (t=9.49,P<0.01). Conclusion The quality of life in children with nocturnal enuresis can be impaired by nocturnal enuresis The Pertinent psychological intervention is helpful for the children.
