摘要
目的 探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法 检测157例行冠状动脉造影患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸,冠状动脉病变严重程度以积分计,以冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组。 结果 冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(t=3.23 ,P<0.01) ,三支病变者和二支病变者血浆Hcy水平 ,均不同程度显著高于对照组(t= -2.03,P<0.05;t= -2.57,P<0.05),而与单支病变者血浆Hcy水平无明显差别(P>0.05)。从单因素相关分析看 ,Hcy与冠状动脉病变严重程度积分、冠状动脉病变支数、年龄呈正相关关系(r=0.26、0.25、0.31 ,均P<0.01)。logistic回归分析提示Hcy、年龄、高血压、糖尿病是冠心病的危险因素。 结论 Hcy与冠状动脉病变程度可能有直接关系 ,Hcy可能是冠心病新的独立的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine(Hcy)levels and severity of coronary arterial lesion.Method Plasma Hcy were measured in157patients who had received coroˉnary angiography(CAG).The score for severity of coronary arterial lesions was assessed and patients were divided into coronary heart disease group and control group by CAG.Results Plasma Hcy of coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that of control group(t=3.23,P<0.01).Hcy level in triple-vessel group or double-vessel group was significantly higher than that in the controls(t=-2.03,P<0.05;t=-2.57,P<0.05).There was not significant difference between the single vessel group and control group(P>0.05).By analyzing single factor correlation,Hcy positively correlated with coronary arterial lesion score,number of involved branch,age(r=0.26,r=0.25,r=0.31,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05respectively).Logistic regression found that Hcy,age,hypertension and diabetes mellitus are risk factors of coronary heart disease.Conclusion Hcy is possible directly related to the severity of coronary arterial lesions and may be a new independent risk factor for coronary heart diseases.
