散热器加水口盖壳缩径模设计难点是对称凸耳成形及内弯后脱取工件困难。在设计缩径模时凸模采用了“合页”关与开的结构形式 。

The difficulty in designing the necking die for water_adding entry lid shell of radiator was the stripping of the part after the forming and in_bending of symmetrical protruding ear.In view of this,the'hinge'structure was adopted in designing the punch to solve the problem.
