摘要 新闻传播学话语的构成包括知识、价值、规范三个层面。新闻传播学生产的知识是一种"弱知识",其"硬度"不及其他社会学科。新闻传播学生产的价值关乎新闻传播"事实"的意义和品质。新闻传播学生产的范式是一种"前范式"。新闻传播学作为社会科学群落中的后来者,其话语生产依附于其他学科。在话语权力的博弈中,新闻传播学科往往处于守势。当前,中国新闻传播学面临双重困局:话语生产能力不济,缺乏公正的话语权。改变这种困局,须从提炼核心概念和轴心命题、锻造学科逻辑与范式、催熟学科社群并强化共同体意识、争取学科话语权等方面进行突破。 The discourse of journalism and communication can be divided into three aspects:knowledge,value and paradigm.When comes to the knowledge,which as the production of journalism and communication,it is a kind of inferior knowledge when compared with other social sciences.As for the value generated from the journalism and communication,it is vital for the meaning and quality of the facts disseminated by the media. The generated paradigm of journalism and communication is pre-paradigm in some extent.Journalism and communication as a newly-developed discipline in the social science community,the production of its discourse is attached to other disciplines in a large degree.The discipline of journalism and communication is also frequently in a defensive position in the gambling of discourse power.Nowadays,China's journalism and communication is confronted with double dilemma:incompetence of discourse production and shortage of impartial discourse power.We must spare no effects to take measures to change the discipline predicament of journalism and communication we mentioned above from the following four categories:to extract core conception and axes proposition of the discipline,to cultivate the discipline's logic and paradigm,to forge the discipline community and strengthen the consciousness of community,and to acquire the discourse power of the discipline.
