摘要
本文为W.蒂莫西·库姆斯教授在清华大学"全媒体时代的危机传播与新闻发布"国际学术论坛上的发言。通过对组织外部与内部多种影响因素的梳理,以及对"挑战式危机"的概念界定,本文探讨了全媒体时代企业危机传播的新图景,并总结出企业在应对外部威胁、维护内部利益相关者关系以及处理挑战式危机等方面的经验。
This paper was presented by professor W.Timothy Coombs at the Forum on Crisis Communication and Media Relation in the Omni-Media Era,which was held at Tsinghua University in 2014.By discussing three key areas:external factors,internal factors and challenges,this paper examines the significant challenges that are facing corporate crisis communication,and attempts to summarize the key lessons that crisis managers should learn in the omni-media era.
