摘要
近年来,党和国家对建设新型智库做出了一系列战略部署,对新型智库的对外传播功能也十分关注。在这一背景下,本研究从对外传播的角度聚焦春秋研究院、中国与全球化智库以及人大重阳金融研究院三大新型民间智库,运用案例分析的方法,在对三家智库进行综合评述,并提炼出其在对外传播方面相关性的具体特征,分别为专业化、体制化和重视媒介营销。本文进一步证实,在战略和操作两个层面,新型智库对于国家软实力建设具有重要意义。
The Chinese government has launched a series of policy campaign to actively build up the New Think Tanks with a special emphasis on their significance of international communication. Within this framework,this study carefully observes the three major non-state-sponsored think tanks,which include Chun Qiu Research Center,Center for China and Globalization and Chong Yang Research Institute of Renmin University,aiming to examine their relevance to China's international communication endeavor.With the method of case analysis,the study concludes that they all bear the characteristics of professionalism,institutionalization and knowing how to employ media to disseminate information and influence.The study further verifies that the New Think Tanks have great importance to China's soft-power construction on both strategic and operational levels.
