摘要
本文所界定的新媒介研究,广义地将新媒介视为一个社会发展时空中的概念,以此构建考量新媒介产生、演进、趋势、影响的学术史框架。从新媒介、人和社会的角度思考理论的继承、流变和发展,可视为一种脱离了技术绝对论与媒介中心主义的审视视角。本文认为,新媒体自身、新媒体与人的关系、新媒体与社会的关系构成了新媒介研究重要的三个面向,以此梳理新媒介研究学术史的发展脉络,以期在传播学各流派之间架构理论穿梭与对话的可能性,以在宏观时空里理解媒介、人与社会。
This study defines new media as a concept imbedded in the historical and spatial context of social development, and aims to construct an framework that considers the emergence, evolution, trend and influence of new media. Thinking about the inheritance, change and development of theory from the perspective of new media, human being and society, it can be regarded as an effort to deviate the understanding of media from the perspective of technology centralism. The relationship between the new media, and its relation to human and society constitutes three important aspects of new media research. The goal of this study is also to develop a dialogue among the various schools of communication research, in order to form a better understanding of these three aspects of new media research.
