护理安全管理措施在妇科围手术期患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing safety management measures in gynecological patients during perioperative period

目的探讨护理安全管理措施在妇科病人围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月至2015年1月期间(已实施护理安全管理措施)我院妇科收治的178例手术患者作为研究组,选择2012年12月至2013年12月期间(未实施护理安全管理措施)收治的178例妇科手术患者作为对照组。观察对比两组患者各部位感染情况及护理缺陷发生率的差异。结果研究组术后感染率为6.74%,显著低于对照组的13.48%(P<0.05)。研究组护理记录书写错误、遗漏治疗与护理操作、护理投诉、引流管的非计划脱管的发生率及护理缺陷的总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护理安全管理措施可以有效保证妇科病人围手术期的护理质量与安全,降低术后感染及护理缺陷等不良事件的发生率,适于临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of application of nursing safety management measures in gynecological patients during perioperative period. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight surgical patients who received nursing safety management measures in the gynaecology department of our hospital from January,2014 to January,2015 were selected as the research group,and one hundred and seventy-eight surgical patients who did not receive nursing safety management measures from December,2012 to December,2013 were selected as control group. The differences in infection and incidence of nursing defects between two groups were observed.Results Postoperative infection rate in the research group was 6. 74%,significantly lower than 13. 48% in the control group(P < 0. 05); the incidence of writing error of nursing document,omission of treatment and nursing operation,nursing complaints and the plan to take off the tube drainage tube and the total incidence of nursing defects in the research group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01).Conclusions Adopting nursing safety management measures can effectively ensure the nursing quality and safety of gynecological patients during perioperative period and reduce the incidence of adverse events such as postoperative infection and nursing defects,worthy of clinical promotion.
