经皮椎体成形术用于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic fracture patients undergoing vertebral compression

目的探讨对于经皮椎体成形术用于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床护理体会。方法将100例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组给予特殊的临床护理。结果观察组VAS评分、Cobb角度数的下降幅度在一定程度上高于对照组,其差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者并发症发生率相比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组住院时间、下床活动时间这两方面均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的满意率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的88.0%,两组的满意程度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强术前术后的临床护理工作,尽早开展功能性锻炼活动,做好患者的出院指导工作是手术治疗效果的重要保障。

Objective To investigate the percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients with nursing care. Methods 100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group conventional treatment,observation group received specific clinical care. Results The VAS score,a decrease in the number of Cobb angle higher than a certain extent,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05),the incidence of complications in the two groups were not statistically significant difference compared(P > 0. 05),the observation group hospitalization time,bed time both were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05),satisfaction of observation group was 94. 0%,significantly higher 88. 0%,respectively,of the degree of satisfaction and the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusions Clinical care should be strengthened before and after surgery,to carry out the functional exercise activities as soon as possible,to do the work of the patient's discharge guidance is an important guarantee of surgical treatment.
