高校大学生独生子女和家庭类型对自伤行为的影响

The influence of only child and family type on self-injury behavior of college students

目的探究青少年是否独生子女和家庭类型对高校大学生自伤行为的影响。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对芜湖市、淮南市四所高校的4 989名大学生进行问卷调查,分析青少年是否独生子女和家庭类型对高校大学生自伤行为的影响。结果高校大学生1～2次自伤行为检出率为30.58%,3次及以上为10.78%。独生子女与非独生子女自伤行为进行次数有差别(P<0.05),不同家庭类型中,对于高致命性自伤行为、具有潜在危害自伤行为、造成心理伤害自伤行为大学生自伤行为检出率不同(P<0.05)。结论是否独生子女、家庭类型与大学生自伤行为有关联,独生子女和特殊家庭(单亲重组家庭)的大学生容易产生自伤行为。父母应该注意与子女沟通交流,及时排解子女的不良情绪,减少对子女施加的压力。应尽量避免特殊家庭的出现,特殊家庭出现后,父母及家庭成员应给予孩子足够的关心爱护,共同努力,为孩子创造幸福和谐的家庭环境。

Objective To explore the influence of only child and family type on college students’ selfinjury behavior.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 4989 college students in four universities in Wuhu and Huainan. The influence of the only child and family type on the self injury behavior of college students was analyzed. Results The detectable rate of self-injurious behavior( on to two times) of college students was 30. 58 % and the rate above 3 times was 10. 78%. There was significant difference in the number of self-injury behaviors between the only child and the non-only child( P < 0. 05). In different family types,there was a significant difference in the detection rate of high fatal self-injury behavior,potential harm selfinjury behavior,self-injury behavior which resulted in psychological injury( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Whether the only child,the family type has the correlation with the university student’s self-injury behavior,the university student from the only child family and the special family( single parent reorganization family) is easy to produce the self-injury behavior.Parents should pay attention to interflow with their children to relieve their bad emotions and reduce the pressure on their children. After the emergence of special families,parents and family members should give their children enough care and love,work together to create a happy and harmonious family environment for children.
