摘要
目的探讨运用PBL教学模式在儿科临床实习中的实践效果。方法选取在本院儿科进行临床实习的80名临床医学专业学生作为主要研究对象,分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各40名,对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组采用PBL教学模式。结果观察组临床实习医师的出科考试成绩与各项教学效果评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床实习中运用PBL教学模式能够有效提升临床实习医师的学习积极性,同时学生分析及处理问题的各项能力都有显著的提高,值得在临床实习中广泛推广使用。
Objective To explore the practical effect of PBL teaching model in pediatric clinical practice. Methods 80 college students majored in clinical medicine those who participated in clinical practice in pediatrics department of first affiliated hospital of Bengbu medical college were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted PBL teaching mode. Results The scores of clinical interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusions The application of PBL teaching model in pediatric clinical practice could effectively enhance the enthusiasm of clinical interns,and at the same time,the students ’ ability to analyze and deal with problems significantly improves. It is worth widely promoting and using in clinical practice.
