基于主成分分析法的糖尿病专科护理执业能力评估

Evaluation of diabetes specialist nursing practice ability based on principal component analysis

目的了解当前不同地域糖尿病专科护士执业能力现状,提出针对性的改进对策。方法2016年10月—2017年10月采用主成分分析法对10个不同省市三甲医院的糖尿病专科护士执业能力进行综合评价。结果糖尿病专科护士执业能力的四个主成分得分均值都大于综合得分均值,其中成分4代表的糖尿病护理基本技能的得分最高为3.581分,成分3代表的糖尿病并发症护理相关技能最低为2.238分。结论糖尿病专科护士培养时,要关注不同地域护士的能力差,加强糖尿病专科护理的基本技能和并发症护理技能的培训。

Objective To understand the current status of practicing ability of diabetes specialist nurses in different regions,and to propose targeted improvement measures. Methods During October,2016 and October,2017,principal component analysis was used to evaluate the professional ability of diabetes specialist nurses in third class A hospital of 10 different provinces and cities.Results The results proved that mean scores of the four principal components were greater than the average score of the composite score. The component 4 had a maximum score of 3.581 for the basic skills of diabetes care,and the component 3 had a minimum score of 2.238 for relevant care skills of complications of diabetes.Conclusions In the training of diabetes specialist nursing,it is necessary to focus on capacity difference of nurses from different region,strengthen the cultivation of diabetes basic nursing techniques and complications nursing skills.
