牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物颈枕部注射治疗枕神经痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of occipital neuralgia by injection of extractive from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia vaccine at cervical and occipital region

目的观察牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物(ERSIVV)注射液于颈、枕部注射治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效并初步探讨其机制。方法将60例枕神经痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组两组,每组各30例。对照组口服常规药物(布洛芬、加巴喷丁、甲钴胺),治疗组在此基础上加用ERSIVV注射液按照枕神经分布区域局部注射。用视觉模拟评分(VAS)判断治疗后20 min、三天、一周、两周、三周后的疼痛变化;治疗三次后比较两组患者疼痛完全缓解的人数(或百分率)及所需的时间;三周后比较治愈率和有效率。结果治疗组VAS下降程度优于对照组。3次治疗后,治疗组患者疼痛症状完全缓解29人(96.66%),缓解所需时间平均为2.26天,三周后总有效率为96.67%、治愈率为86.67%。对照组患者疼痛完全缓解人数为18人(60.00%),缓解所需时间平均为6.36天,三周后治愈率为56.67%,有效率为83.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 ERSIVV注射液颈枕部注射治疗枕神经痛疗效显著,能快速缓解患者疼痛症状,治愈率高,优于常规治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of injection extracted from rabbit skin which inflamed by vaccinia virus( ERSIVV) in the treatment of occipital neuralgia injected at cervical and occipital region and discuss the mechanism. Methods 60 patients with occipital neuralgia were divided into two groups randomly.Each group had 30 patients. In the control group,routine drugs such as ibuprofen,gabapentin and Methylcobalamin were taken orally. On this basis,ERSIVV injection was added to the treatment group for local injection according to the distribution area of occipital nerve. Visual analogue pain scale( VAS) was used to determine the pain changes before and after treatment at 20 min,3 days,2 weeks and 3 weeks.After three times of treatment,the number( or percentage) of patients with complete pain relief and the time consumed were compared. Then make a comparison about the cure rate and total efficiency between the two groups after three weeks.Results After treatment,the decrease of VAS score in the treatment group was more than that in the control group. After treatment for 3 times,pain symptoms of 29 patients in the treatment group were completely relieve,the remission rate was 96.66%,and the average duration of relief was 2.26 days.Total effective rate after 3 weeks was 96.67% and the cure rate of the treatment was 86. 67%. While in the control group,the number of relieved patients was 18,the remission rate is 60. 00%,and the average relieved days was 6. 36 days. The total effective ratio was 83.33% and the cure rate was 56.67%.The differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of occipital neuralgia by injection of ERSIVV in the neck and occipital part is effective,the symptoms of occipital neuralgia could be rapidly relieved,and with high cure rate,which is superior to the routine medicine treatment.
