高职学生参与KSR-CDIO结合HFS的质性研究

摘要 目的研究高职学生参与KSR-CDIO结合HFS的真实体验与评价,了解KSR-CDIO结合HFS优势与存在问题,为改进和完善教学方法与模式提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对本校12名高职护理学生和6名内科护理教师进行半结构式访谈,将获得的访谈内容进行深入分析和总结。结果 Colaizzi分析法得出KSR-CDIO结合HFS在内科护理实践教学具有提高学生的专业系统知识(Knowledge level,K)、护理核心能力(Skills of Technology,S)和社会责任感(Responsibility of society,R)等优势,但是,还存在诸如缺乏完善的教师培训和教师教学工作量增加等问题。结论基于KSR-CDIO结合HFS在内科护理实践教学中起到了积极的作用,但需建立统一系统化的教学体系,设立专职教师,改进教师培训,确保KSR-CDIO结合HFS在内科护理实践教学中的实施及质量。 Objective To study the real experience and assessment of KSR-CDIO combined with HFS in higher vocational college,to understand the advantages and problems of KSR-CDIO combined with HFS,and to provide references for improving and perfecting teaching methods and models.Methods Using phenomenological method research,semi structured interview was carried out on 12 nursing students and 6 medical nursing teachers in our college. The interview contents were analyzed and summarized. Results The application of KSR-CDIO combined with HFS in medical nursing practice has advantages of enhancing students ’ professional systematic knowledge level,skills of technology and responsibility of society. But there are several problems remain to be solved,such as lacking enough training and increase of teachers’ workload etc.Conclusions The practice based on KSR-CDIO combined with HFS has played a positive role in medical nursing teaching,but it is necessary to establish a unified and systematic teaching system,recruit full-time teachers and improve the training of teachers,so as to ensure the implementation and quality of KSR-CDIO combined with HFS in the practice of medical nursing teaching.
