留取24小时尿蛋白定量标本错误的原因分析与护理对策

Analysis on the cause of retention mistake of the 24-hour urine specimens taken for protein quantify and nursing countermeasures

目的分析肾脏疾病患者24小时尿蛋白定量标本留取错误的原因并提出护理对策。方法收集2016年8—12月本院肾脏内科收治的113例住院患者24小时尿蛋白定量标本留取情况,统计分析留取错误的原因并提出护理对策。结果 113例患者留取24小时尿蛋白定量标本中有35例留取错误,不合格率为30.97%,予以分析原因并采取视频宣教、流程图及复发口头宣教等护理措施。结论通过对肾脏内科患者留取24小时尿蛋白定量标本错误原因进行分析后采取正确的护理对策,规范标本收集流程,提高24小时尿标本留取的正确率,为患者及时明确诊断和治疗提供依据。

Objective To analyze the reasons for the errors in retention of 24-hour quantitative urine specimens for patients with renal disease and put forward the nursing countermeasures. Methods The retention status of 24-hour quantitative urine specimens of 113 patients in the department of nephrology from August to December 2016 were collected,and the reasons for the retention errors were analyzed and the nursing countermeasures were put forward.Results There were 35 cases in the 113 patients who had errors in collecting24-hour urine specimens,and the defective rate is 30. 97%. The reasons were analyzed and correcting nursing measures including video propaganda and education,flow chart and oral propaganda were taken.Conclusions The analysis of the reasons that the errors in retention of 24-hour quantitative urine specimens,the implementation of nursing countermeasures,and standardized specimen collection process increase the correct rate of retention of 24-hour quantitative urine specimens,it provides reference for the diagnosis and treatment for patients.
