安徽省非医学生吸烟现况及控烟态度的调查

An investigation on current smoking status and tobacco control attitude of non-medical students in Anhui

目的通过调查安徽省不同地区非医学类高校大学生的吸烟行为、烟草危害知识知晓程度以及控烟态度,进而为探究降低大学生吸烟率的方法和有效的控烟模式提供建议和依据。方法采用随机-整群-分层抽样的方法选定安徽省芜湖、合肥、蚌埠三个地区的921名非医学专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果非医学生的总吸烟率为4.1%,其中女生吸烟率为1.3%,男生吸烟率为10.1%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=39.818,P<0.01);吸烟者认为吸烟是正常行为的比例高于非吸烟者,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=54.168,P<0.01);在控烟的态度上,与吸烟者相比,非吸烟者具有更积极的态度,差异具有统计学意义。结论非医学生男性吸烟率高于女性吸烟率,男女生均对吸烟危害健康的知识掌握不全面,性别为男性、对待吸烟行为的态度是影响吸烟行为的重要因素。因此各高校应当加强对非医学生的健康教育,开展有关控烟活动及知识讲座,培养其控烟意识,提高大学生健康水平。

Objective To investigate the smoking behavior,awareness of tobacco hazard knowledge and tobacco control attitude of college students in non-medical colleges and universities in different areas of Anhui province,so as to provide suggestions for exploring ways to reduce the smoking rate of college students and effective tobacco control modes.Methods 921 non-medical college students from Wuhu,Hefei and Bengbu in Anhui province were selected for the questionnaire survey by means of random-group-stratified sampling method.Results The total smoking rate of medical students was 4.1%,the smoking rate of girl was 1.3%,it was 10.1%among the boys,the difference is statistically significant( χ~2= 39.818,P< 0.01). The proportion of smokers who think smoking is normal behavior is higher than that of non-smokers,the difference is statistically significant( χ~2= 54.168,P<0.01). The non-smokers have a more positive attitude in tobacco control compared with smokers.Conclusions The smoking rate of male non-medical students is higher than that of female students. Both male and female students do not have comprehensive knowledge of the health hazards caused by smoking. Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen education for the health of non-medical students,carry out relevant tobacco control activities and knowledge lectures,cultivate their awareness of tobacco control,and improve the health of college students.
