摘要
目的探讨全程康复干预对功能部位深度烧伤患者愈后生活质量的影响。方法回顾本院84例功能部位深度烧伤患者资料,将2015年全程康复干预理念引入前的45例患者设为对照组,采取烧伤科常规护理;将2016年引入全程康复干预理念后的39例患者设为观察组,采用全程康复干预。两组患者在愈后6个月后采用温哥华瘢痕评定量表、关节活动度测量、生活自理能力及抑郁量表进行评估,比较两组患者生活质量水平。结果观察组患者瘢痕挛缩的程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而关节活动度、生活自理能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组抑郁状况的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全程康复干预的实施可以减少瘢痕挛缩,增加关节活动度,提高患者生活自理能力,明显改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of whole-process rehabilitation intervention on the life quality of patients suffered from deep burn in functional region.Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of patients who suffered from deep burn in the function region were reviewed. The 45 cases admitted in year 2015 before the introduction of whole-process rehabilitation intervention were regarded as control group and they were given conventional nursing. The 39 cases admitted in year 2016 after the introduction of whole-process rehabilitation intervention were regarded as observation group and they were given whole-process rehabilitation intervention.Vancouver scar rating scale,joint range of motion measurement,self-care ability and depression scale were used to evaluate the life quality of the two groups six months after healing.Results The degree of cicatrical contracture in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P<0.05),while the joint range of motion and self-care ability were higher( P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the depression( P > 0. 05). Conclusions The implementation of whole-process rehabilitation intervention could reduce cicatrical contracture,increase joint range of motion,strengthen the self-care ability of deep burn patients and improve the quality of life significantly.
