个性化护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者转运、急救效果的影响

Impact of personalized nursing on effect of transfer and first-aid on elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨个性化护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者转运成功率、急救成功率和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2015年9月—2017年9月本院心血管内科收治的120例老年急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有入选患者分为常规组和个性组两组,每组各60例。常规组给予急性心肌梗死常规急救护理,个性组给予急性心肌梗死个性化急救护理。比较常规组与个性组的转运成功率、急救成功率和护理满意度。结果常规组成功转运40例(66.67%),个性组成功转运57例(95.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组成功急救38例(63.33%),个性组成功急救56例(93.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组护理满意度为65.00%,个性组护理满意度为90.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性心肌梗死在院外急救的过程中实施个性化护理有助于提高转运成功率、急救成功率以及患者和家属的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the impact of personalized nursing on the success rate of transfer,the success rate of first aid and the nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 120 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction those who were admitted to department of cardiovascular internal medicine were enrolled in this study,they were divided into routine group and individual group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The routine group was given conventional emergency care for acute myocardial infarction,and the individual group was given personalized emergency care for acute myocardial infarction. The success rate of transfer,the success rate of first aid and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results 40 cases( 66. 67%) were successfully transferred in the routine group and 57 cases( 95.00%) in the individual group,which was statistically different( P<0.05). 38 cases( 63.33%) were successfully treated in the routine group and 56 cases( 93.33%) in the individual group,which was statistically different( P<0.05). The satisfaction rate was 65.00% in the conventional group and 90.00% in the personality group,which was statistically different( P<0.05).Conclusions For elderly patients acute myocardial infarction the personalized nursing care during outpatient first aid helps to improve the success rate of delivery,the success rate of first aid and the satisfaction of nursing care of patients and their families,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
