胃癌中HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR的表达及临床病理意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR蛋白的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法收集连云港市第二人民医院病理科2012年1月—2014年12月胃腺癌患者存档蜡块61例,并取相应癌旁组织作为对照;应用免疫组化法检测HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR在胃癌及癌旁正常粘膜组织中的表达情况,运用SPSS 19.0统计软件分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果 HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR在胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为59.0%、54.1%、36.1%,在癌旁正常粘膜组织中的阳性率分别为18.0%、13.1%、0,胃癌组织中的表达均高于正常粘膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三者的表达均与有无淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR可能参与了胃癌的发生发展,联合检测三者可作为评估预后及转移风险的重要指标; HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR的表达两两正相关;以HIF-1α、VEGF和EGFR三者为靶点的分子靶向治疗可能使患者从中受益。 Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR protein in gastric carcinoma tissue and their clinical pathological significance.Methods 61 cases of gastric cancer tissue obtained from January,2012 to December,2014 and stored in pathology department of the second people ’ s hospital of Lianyungang during were collected,and the corresponding paracancerous tissues were collected as the control group.Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR protein in gastric carcinoma tissue and the paracancerous tissues. The relationship between the expression of proteins and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed by using SPSS 19.0.Results The positive rates of HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR protein in gastric carcinoma tissue were 59.0%,54.1% and 36.1%,respectively,and these in adjacent gastric tissues were 18.0%,13.1% and 0%,respectively.There were significant differences between tumor tissues and adjacent tissues( P<0.05).The expression of the three kinds of protein was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages in gastric carcinoma( P<0.05).Conclusions HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR could be correlated to occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Joint detection of HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR may have certain value in predicting invasion,metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.The expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR was positive correlation each other. And the molecular target therapy which had targeted HIF-1α,VEGF and EGFR might benefit patients.
