连续护理干预对瓣膜性房颤患者华法林治疗依从性和生存质量的影响观察

Observation on the influence of continuous nursing intervention on the compliance of warfarin and life quality of patients suffering from valvular atrial fibrillation

目的探究连续护理干预对瓣膜性房颤患者华法林治疗依从性和生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2017年8月在本院接受华法林治疗的瓣膜性房颤患者82例,分为常规组(41例)与干预组(41例),分别实施常规护理与连续护理干预,对比两组患者的治疗依从性、生存质量与护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组患者的治疗依从性明显高于常规组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后6个月,干预组的生存质量明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度(97.56%)明显高于常规组(85.37%),差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行华法林治疗的瓣膜性房颤患者实施连续护理干预,可提高患者的治疗依从性,改善生存质量,提高护理满意度,具有显著的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the compliance of warfarin and life quality of patients suffering from valvular atrial fibrillation. Methods 82 cases of patients with valvular atrial fibrillation those who received treatment of warfarin in our hospital during September,2017 and August,2018 were divided into routine group( 41 cases) and intervention group( 41 cases).The routine nursing and continuous nursing intervention were given to the patients in routine group and intervention group. The therapeutic compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance of the patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group( P < 0.05). Six months after intervention,the quality of life in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group( P< 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of intervention group( 97.56%) was significantly higher than that of routine group( 85.37%),and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention for valvular atrial fibrillation patients treated with warfarin improves therapeutic compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction,it proves obvious nursing efficacy.
