多元化健康教育对手外伤患者康复知识知晓率及康复锻炼依从性的影响分析

Influence of diversified health education on awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients with traumatic injuries

目的探讨多元化健康教育对手外伤患者康复知识知晓率及康复锻炼依从性的影响。方法将2016年10月—2018年5月本院收治的手外伤患者108例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规护理指导,实验组另给予多元化健康教育,对比两组康复知识知晓率、满意率、康复锻炼依从性、手部症状改善情况及明尼苏达手灵巧度(MMDT)评价指标。结果实验组康复知识知晓率为92.59%、满意率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的74.07%、79.63%(P<0.05);实验组干预1、4周后康复锻炼依从性好的百分比分别为68.52%、90.74%,明显高于对照组的38.89%、66.67%(P<0.05);实验组手部症状改善情况均明显好于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者MMDT时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育能有效提高手外伤患者康复知识知晓率、满意率及锻炼依从性,促进手外伤症状和功能的康复。

Objective To investigate the influence of diversified health education on awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients with hand injuries.Methods 108 cases of patients with hand injury admitted to our hospital from October,2016 to May,2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing guidance,and the experimental group was given diversified health education. The awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge,satisfaction rate,compliance of rehabilitation exercise,improvement of hand symptoms and Minnesota Hand Dexterity( MMDT) evaluation index of the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge( 92.59%) and satisfactory rate( 96.30%) in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group( 74.07% and 79.63%),P< 0.05.The percentage of good compliance of the rehabilitation exercise in the experimental group after 1 and 4 weeks of education were 68. 52% and 90. 74%respectively,which was significantly higher than 38. 89% and 66. 67% of the control group,P < 0. 05. The improvement of hand symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group( P<0.05).The MMDT time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P< 0.05).Conclusions Diversified health education could effectively improve the awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge,satisfaction rate and exercise compliance of patients with hand trauma,and promote the rehabilitation of symptoms and functions of hand trauma.
