辛伐他汀对去卵巢大鼠骨改建的治疗作用

摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀药物治疗对骨质疏松大鼠骨改建的影响。方法将30只3月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(SHAM组)、卵巢切除组(OVX组)和卵巢切除加辛伐他汀治疗组(OVX+SIM组)。建模后12周,实验组给予辛伐他汀5 mg/kg/d;其余两组用等量生理盐水灌服。在给药后第10周取血清观察各组大鼠的骨代谢情况。结果与OVX组相比,给药后10周时OVX+SIM组血清OCN、BALP以及P浓度明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且OCN、BALP以及P的浓度接近SHAM组。结论血清生化指标结果表明辛伐他汀药物治疗对骨质疏松大鼠有一定的促成骨作用。 Objective To study the effect of Simvastatin therapy on bone remodeling in osteoporosis rats.Methods 30 female Sprague Dawley(SD)rats around 3 months old were grouped into 3 parts with equal numbers of SD rats:Sham-operated group(SHAM),ovariectomized group(OVX),ovariectomized rats treated by Simvastatin group(OVX+SIM).OVX+SIM group were dosed by Simvastatin[5mg/kg/day],and as a control,the other two groups were dosed normal saline accordingly after 12 weeks.The treatment lasted for 10 weeks,and then the serum was taken to analyze the biochemical markers of rats.Results The level of OCN,BALP and P were significantly increased in the OVX+SIM group compared with OVX group after 10 weeks administration(P<0.05).Conclusions The results support a general beneficial effect of Simvastatin on bone remodeling in osteoporotic rats.
