临床医学认证背景下基于PBL的翻转课堂模式在病理教学中的初探 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析临床医学认证背景下基于PBL的翻转课堂教学模式在病理学课堂教学中应用的效果。方法选取2016年级临床医学专业A班72名学生为实验组,采用基于PBL的翻转课堂教学,同时选择该专业B班72名学生作为对照组,进行传统教学。课程结束后,通过测评学生成绩和问卷调查的形式评价教学效果。结果实验组学生平时成绩(17.68±1.03)分、期末考试成绩(68.26±3.68)分、期末总评成绩(85.94±3.78)分,均分别高于对照组学生的平时成绩(16.04±0.94)分、期末考试成绩(61.80±5.85)分和期末总评成绩(77.84±5.74)分,各组间差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。问卷调查结果显示,89.4%的实验组学生认可在病理学教学中使用基于PBL的翻转课堂教学。结论基于PBL的翻转课堂教学模式提高了学生的学习兴趣和主动学习的积极性,有助于教学质量的提升。 Objective To investigate the effect of flipped classroom model based on PBL in teaching of pathology under the background of medicine certification.Methods All the objects of analysis were chosen from department of clinical medicine of grade 2016.72 cases of students from class A in experiment group were taught by flipped classroom model based on PBL teaching model.And 72 cases of students from class B in control group were taught by traditional teaching model.After the end of the course,all students were evaluated by course examination and questionnaires.Results According to the course examination,students in experimental group obtained higher scores than those in control group in terms of normal(17.68±1.03 vs 16.04±0.94),final(68.26±3.68 vs 61.80±5.85)and overall test scores(85.94±3.78 vs 77.84±5.74),P<0.01.The data from questionnaires showed that 89.4%of students in experimental group accepted the flipped classroom model based on PBL.Conclusions The flipped classroom model based on PBL could cultivate students'interest in learning and their ability to learn independently,it is benefit to improve the teaching quality.
