以综合能力为导向的新护士培训实践及效果评价

Comprehensive ability oriented pre-job training for novice nurse and effective evaluation

目的评价以综合能力为导向的新护士培训方案的效果。方法以2018年7月入院的88名新护士为研究对象,进行涵盖理论知识、实践技能、人文关怀、医护合作的培训,并通过综合能力考核以及满意度调查对培训结果进行评价与分析。结果在综合能力考核中有85名新护士考核结果合格(合格率为96.59%),新护士对培训课程中人文关怀部分满意度最高[(4.68±0.26)分],护士长以及医生对新护士操作技能[(4.56±0.23)分]以及理论知识[(4.52±0.51)分]满意度最高。结论以综合能力为导向的新护士培训有助于提高新护士的综合素质。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive ability oriented pre-job training novice nurse and its efficacy evaluation.Methods A total of 88 novice nurse enrolled in July 2018 were included in this study.They received comprehensive ability oriented pre-job training including knowledge,practice skill,humanistic care and nurse-physician collaboration.The training efficacy was evaluated according to the score of comprehensive ability oriented assess and satisfaction investigation.Results A total of 85 novice nurse passed the comprehensive ability oriented assess(qualified rate was 96.59%).The humanistic care was the most satisfaction part of the novice nurse(4.68±0.26),practice skill of the novice nurse was the most satisfaction part of head nurse(4.56±0.23)and the knowledge level of novice nurse was the most satisfaction part of physician(4.52±0.51).Conclusions The comprehensive ability oriented pre-job training is beneficial to improve the comprehensive ability of novice nurse.
