房颤心房重构与MicroRNA关系的最新研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,其发病机制尚不完全清楚。心房重构包括电重构、结构重构和自主神经重构,在AF的发生、发展中起着关键作用。近年来研究发现,微小RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA)参与基因转录后水平的调控,与心房重构和AF的发生、发展密切相关。研究发现,miRNA在房颤心房重构中起重要作用,本文就AF心房重构与miRNA关系做一综述。 Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the commonly encountered clinical arrhythmia and the pathogenesis has not yet entirely clear.Atrial remodeling includes electrical remodeling,structural remodeling and autonomic nerve remodeling.It plays a key role in the occurrence and development of AF.In recent years,researches have found that microRNA(miRNA)had rapidly emerged as one of the key players in the gene expression regulatory.Studies have found that miRNA plays an important role in atrial remodeling of AF.This article focuses on recent progress in correlation between atrial remodeling of AF and miRNA.
