医患沟通情景模拟教学在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中应用的初步研究

The application of patient-physician communication oriented scenario simulation teaching in standardized training of urology residents: initial experiences

医患沟通是日常临床诊疗工作的重要部分。良好的医患沟通可以增加医患之间的相互信任,让医患关系更为和谐。医患沟通教育在住院医师规范化培训中也越来越受到重视。自2017年起,皖南医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科在规范化培训的住院医师中,开展了以医患沟通为中心、以泌尿专科常见急症为教学内容的情景模拟教学,提高了学员对医患沟通教学的接受度,受到学员的认可,值得推广应用。

Patient-physician communication is one of the important works of daily clinic task.A good communication between patient and doctor can improve patient-physician trust,and make the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.The education of patient-physician communication gets more and more attention in the courses of standardized residents training.Since 2017,we have applied the patient-physician communicationoriented scenario simulation teaching in standard training of urology residents,which greatly improve the acceptance of patient-physician communication teaching among the residents,and is worth promoting the application.
