情景教学在骨科教学中的应用效果及对学生学习积极性、专业技能水平的影响研究 被引量:6

Application effect of situational teaching in orthopaedic teaching and its influence on students' learning enthusiasm and professional skill level

摘要 目的探讨情景教学在骨科教学中的应用效果及对学生学习积极性、专业技能水平的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2018年5月本院120名骨科学生,每年40名,应用随机数表法分为两组,对照组应用常规教学,研究组应用情景教学。比较两组学生的教学结果、考试成绩、问卷调查结果和考试测评结果。结果研究组教学结果好于对照组(P<0.05),研究组考试成绩好于对照组(P<0.05),研究组问卷调查结果好于对照组(P<0.05),研究组考试测评结果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨科学生,使用PBL的方法进行教学,效果理想,能够充分调动学生积极性,提高学生的技能水平。因此,在对骨科学生的教学过程中,该教学方法应进一步推广和应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of situational teaching in orthopaedics teaching and its influence on students’learning enthusiasm and professional skills.Methods 120 students studied in orthopaedic department from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was given routine teaching model and the research group was given situational teaching model.The results of teaching,examination,questionnaire and examination evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching results,examination,questionnaire and examination evaluation of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PBL teaching method is effective for orthopaedic students,which could fully mobilize their enthusiasm and improve their skills.Therefore,in the teaching process of Orthopaedic students,this teaching method should be further promoted and applied.
