微助教平台在神经外科理论教学中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的为解决高校阶梯式大教室授课师生互动不足的问题,为了适应信息化教学改革,把移动终端手机上微助教平台和多媒体课件结合起来应用于课堂进行理论教学,把学生喜闻乐见的方式"互联网+"元素引入课堂,让每一位同学都有提问、发言、讨论、表达自己观点的机会。并对教学的过程、结果和特色进行了分析,探讨微助教对大教室课堂全新互动模式的构建,形成以学生为中心的师生共同参与式互动教学模式。方法分别选取2014级和2015级本科临床医学专业的一个大教室内的所有学生为研究对象,其中2014级的192名学生应用传统多媒体课件教学作为对照组,2015级的190名学生应用微助教平台结合多媒体课件教学作为实验组,学期结束后对两组教学效果进行评估。结果两组学生的课堂测试成绩、课堂讨论过程表现、期末测试成绩进行比较,实验组均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生教学效果满意度调查:实验组满意有165人(86.8%),优于传统教学组的108人(56.3%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论它能够给教师带来"控制感",给学生带来"参与感"。切实将多媒体和互联网思维运用到了课堂管理和教学工作中,真的将教学与信息化手段融合,使学生以课堂为乐趣、教师以教学为乐趣,学生和老师共同成长。 Objective In order to solve the problem of insufficient interaction between teachers and students in stepped classroom teaching in colleges and universities,in order to adapt to the reform of information teaching,the We Chat-assistant platform on mobile terminal mobile phone and multimedia courseware are applied to the theoretical teaching in classroom.Introduce the'Internet+'element into the classroom,giving each student the opportunity to ask questions,speak,discuss,and express his or her views.This paper analyzes the teaching process,results and characteristics,and discusses the construction of the new interactive model in the classroom by We Chat-assistant teaching,and forms a student-centered interactive teaching model of teacher-student participation.Methods The undergraduate students,those who majored in clinical medicine of grade 2014 and grade 2015,studying in a large classroom were selected in this study respectively.The 192 students of grade 2014 were in the control group and traditional multimedia courseware was applied in teaching.The 190 students of grade2015 were in the experimental group and both traditional multimedia courseware and We Chat assistant platform were applied in the teaching process.The teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated at the end of the semester.Results The results of classroom test,classroom discussion and final test of the experimental group were superior to the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of investigation on the satisfaction of the two groups indicated that 165 cases were satisfied in the experimental group(86.8%),which was better than the traditional teaching group(108 cases,56.3%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of We Chat platform brings a sense of control to teachers and a sense of participation to students.The multimedia and Internet thinking have been applied to the classroom management and teaching work,the teaching and the informatization fused authentically,so that the students can take the classroom as fun,the teachers take teaching as fun,and the students and teachers grow up together.
