摘要
目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在手术室交接中的应用。方法选取2018年1月—2018年6月在本院择期手术的200例患者作为研究对象,根据沟通模式分成对照组和研究组两组,每组各100例。对照组应用常规沟通模式,研究组应用SBAR沟通模式,观察两组交接班质量(交接问题发生率、交班所耗时间、护士工作合格率)、交接班满意度及护士感知压力水平。结果研究组交接班质量、交接班满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士感知压力水平分数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SBAR沟通模式能够提高手术室护士交接班质量,增加手术室护士交接班满意度,降低了手术室护士心理负担与压力。
Objective To explore the application of SBAR communication mode in operation room handover.Methods 200 patients who would receive operation during January and June 2018 were divided into control group and study group according to communication model,a hundred patients in each group.The control group applied the conventional communication mode.The study group applied the SBAR communication mode.The quality of handover(the incidence of transfer problems,the time of the shift,and the percent of pass of nurse’s work),satisfaction rate shift satisfaction and nurses’perceived stress level were observed.Results The quality and the satisfaction of nurse handover in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the perceived stress level of the nurses in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The SBAR communication model could improve the quality of nurses’handover class in operation room,and improve the satisfaction of nurses,reduce the psychological burden and pressure of nurses.
