256排螺旋CT气道三维重建联合EBUS-GS-TBLB诊断孤立性肺结节 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究分析256排螺旋CT气道三维重建联合EBUS-GS-TBLB诊断孤立性肺结节的应用价值。方法选择2018年1—12月就诊于本院的并经CT诊断为孤立性肺结节(SPN)的50例患者作为研究对象,比较常规胸部CT扫描256排螺旋CT气道三维重建联合EBUS-GS-TBLB的检出符合率。结果常规胸部CT在50例结节中共检出判断良性结节27例,恶性结节23例,恶性结节检出符合率为79.3%;CT气道三维重建联合EBUS-GS-TBLB在50例结节中检出并判断良性结节22例,恶性结节28例,恶性结节检出率为96.6%,明显提高了肺孤立性结节的阳性诊断率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT气道三维重建联合EBUS-GS-TBLB可以提高肺外周孤立性结节影的阳性诊断率,从而对于肿瘤可以进行早期诊断及治疗,延长患者生存时间,减轻社会经济负担,对于早期诊断并手术的肺外周恶性肿瘤,五年生存期可以达到95%以上,部分病人可以永远解除肿瘤困扰,值得推广应用。
