3D打印定位截骨导板行膝关节单髁置换(UKA)治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎的效果分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探究3D打印定位截骨导板行膝关节单髁置换(UKA)治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年5月—2018年5月本院收治的42例膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。根据手术方法的不同将患者分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各21例。实验组采用3D打印定位截骨导板UKA;对照组采用常规UKA。观察两组患者手术时间、手术出血量、胫骨假体力线偏差及术前、术后1、3、6个月HSS膝评分。结果两组患者的手术时间无差异(P>0.05),但实验组的手术出血量和胫骨假体力线偏差均小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在术前及术后1、3、6个月HSS膝评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组内比较评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印定位截骨导板UKA临床疗效好,具有精准性高、安全性好的优点。
