差热/热重分析法鉴别杭菊、贡菊和野菊花 被引量:2

Differential thermal analysis method/thermogravimetry in identification of different species of Chrysanthemum morifolium,Florists Chrysanthemum and Dendranthemaindicum

摘要 目的建立一种快速分析与鉴别不同种干燥菊花的方法,采用热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)与差热分析(DTA)方法分别对多种菊花进行分析。方法以α-Al2O3为参照物,氮气气氛的条件下,升温速率为10℃/min,温度范围为30~600℃,进行各种菊花的热分析图谱的比较鉴别。结果杭菊、贡菊和野菊花的TG-DTG和DTA图谱中的峰形有所不同。在DTG谱图中,杭菊显示有1个峰,贡菊、野菊花都显示出2个峰,但贡菊与野菊花的峰形与位置都明显不同。在DTA谱图中,杭菊有2个放热峰,贡菊和野菊花有3个放热峰,其出峰位置不同。结论实验表明热分析法具有用量少、易操作、图谱易分析、方便快捷等优点,可以作为一种快速鉴别不同菊花的方法。 Objective To establish a rapid method for the analysis and identification of different species of chrysanthemum.Thermogravimetry-differential thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)and differential thermal analysis(DTA)methods were used to identify the Chrysanthemum morifolium,Florists Chrysanthemum and Dendranthemaindicum.Methods In the studyα-Al2 O3 was taken as the reference substance,under N2 condition,with the velocity of hoisting temperature with 10℃/min from 30℃to 600℃,the herbs were identified by comparing differences of chromatography.Results There were differences in TG-DTG and DTA chromatography among Chrysanthemum morifolium,Florists Chrysanthemum and Dendranthemaindicum.In the DTG spectrum,the Chrysanthemum morifolium showed one peak,and there were two peaks of Florists Chrysanthemum and Dendranthemaindicum,but they showed significant differences in shape and location.In the DTA spectrum,Chrysanthemum morifolium showed two exothermic peaks,Florists Chrysanthemum and Dendranthemaindicum showed three exothermic peaks,they showed differences in location.Conclusions The experiment showed that thermal analysis method has the advantages of low dosage,simple operation and analysis,so it could be used as a rapid identification of different species of chrysanthemum.
