舒适护理应用在小儿急性上呼吸道感染护理中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of comfort nursing intervention applied in the nursing for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿临床护理中采用舒适护理进行干预的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月本院接收的小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿126例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各63例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。对比两组护理前后舒适度评分情况,并观察护理后临床症状缓解时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿护理后舒适度评分较护理前与对照组均显著增高,观察组患儿临床各症状缓解时间均低于对照组,观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,所有组间数据比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿可接受舒适护理干预效果确切,可推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention in clinical nursing of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 126 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection be admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfort nursing.The comfort scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the clinical symptoms relief time and nursing satisfaction after nursing were observed.Results The comfort score of the observation group after nursing was significantly increased compared with that before nursing,and it was higher than that of the control group.The clinical symptoms relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions The application of comfortable nursing intervention in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection with exact effect and it could be popularized.
