摘要
目的研究氮酮对罗红霉素纳米脂质载体凝胶剂(Roxithromycin Nanostructured Lipid Carriers hydrogel,ROX-NLCs-hydrogel)体外透皮吸收的影响。方法采用小鼠腹部皮肤,在Franze扩散池中进行透皮实验。以皮肤透过量为指标,HPLC法检测药物含量,考察不同浓度氮酮对ROX-NLCshydrogel体外透皮吸收的影响。结果当氮酮浓度为2%、5%、8%时,药物的累积透皮量分别为10.98μg/cm2、27.99μg/cm2、14.41μg/cm2。结论氮酮作为促渗剂,浓度为5%时,促进ROX-NLCs-hydrogel透皮的效果最佳。
Objective To study the effect of azone on trans-dermal absorption of Roxithromycin nanostructured lipid carrier hydrogel(ROX-NLCs-hydrogel).Methods The test was performed by Franz diffusion pool on rat abdominal skin as penetration barrier.The effect of different concentrations of azone on trans-dermal absorption of ROX-NLCs-hydrogel was investigated using skin permeation quantity as evaluation index and HPLC as detection method.Results The trans-dermal quantity of azone was respectively 10.98μg/cm2,27.99μg/cm^2,and 14.41μg/cm^2,respectively,when the concentrations were 2%,5%,and 8%,respectively.Conclusions As a penetration enhancer,5%azone was the optimal concentration for promoting ROX-NLCs-hydrogel trans-dermal penetration.
