知信行健康教育干预方案对卵巢癌术后患者希望水平及生活质量的影响 被引量:21

Effect of knowledge,attitude and practice health education intervention program on hope level and quality of life of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer

摘要 目的探究分析知信行健康教育干预方案对卵巢癌术后患者希望水平及生活质量的影响,为卵巢癌术后患者的临床护理干预提供参考。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月来院就诊均行根治性手术的卵巢癌患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各39例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,实验组患者在常规护理干预的基础上加用知信行健康教育干预。比较两组患者行不同护理干预前后知信行理论模式(KAP)评分、生命质量核心量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分以及主观幸福感量表(MUNSH)评分变化情况。结果干预前,两组患者各项KAP量表评分、QLQ-C30量表评分、HHI量表评分及MUNSH量表评分组间比较,均无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。行不同干预后,两组患者知识评分、态度评分以及行为评分等KAP模式各项评分均明显升高(P<0.05),两组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能及总体健康状况评分也均明显升高(P<0.05),现实和未来积极态度、采取积极的行动、与他人保持密切关系以及希望总分等HHI量表各项评分明显升高(P<0.05),且干预后实验组患者KAP量表、HHI量表及QLQ-C30量表各项评分均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),实验组患者MUNSH评分也明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论知信行健康教育能帮助改善卵巢癌术后患者的希望水平,提高患者生活质量和主观幸福感,对于保障患者的知信行理论情况具有积极意义。 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)health education intervention program on the hope level and quality of life of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with ovarian cancer who underwent radical surgery in our hospital from October2016 to October 2018 were enrolled as clinical subjects.The subjects were divided into two groups,39 cases in each,using a random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and patients in the experimental group were given a KAP health education intervention based on routine nursing intervention.The two groups of patients were compared with the KAP score,the quality of life core scale(EORTCQLQ-C30)score,the Herth hope scale(HHI)score,and the subjective well-being scale(MUNSH)score.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of KAP scale score,QLQ-C30 scale score,HHI scale score and MUNSH scale score(P>0.05).After different interventions,the scores of KAP models such as knowledge score,attitude score and behavioral score were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05).Physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,society functional and overall health status scores were also significantly higher(P<0.05),realistic and future positive attitudes,positive actions,close relationship with others,and hope that the HHI scale scores were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the scores of KAP,HHI and QLQ-C30 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MUNSH score of the experimental group was also significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions KAP health education could help to improve the hope level of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer,improve the quality of life and subjective well-being of patients,and has positive significance for the protection of patients’knowledge,attitude and practice theoretical situation.
