Expression of ki67 and p16 in cervical lesions and its clinical significance

目的探究ki67、p16在不同级别宫颈病变组织中的表达情况。方法对收集2016年9月—2018年9月本院就诊的196例女性的宫颈组织标本,进行ki67、p16免疫组化检测,记录患者TCT及HPV检查结果,其中宫颈炎症(Inflammation)组40例,低级别宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(Low-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion,LSIL)组61例,高级别宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(High-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion,HSIL)组67例,宫颈癌(Cervical cancer,CA)组28例。结果 (1)不同级别的宫颈病变组织中ki67、p16的阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)感染高危型HPV(High-risk HPV,hr HPV)患者宫颈组织中ki67、p16的阳性表达率高于hr HPV阴性的患者。结论 (1)在组织学特征不明确时,ki67、p16免疫组化检测结果有助于高级别宫颈上皮内病变的诊断,提高病理诊断的准确性。(2)ki67、p16表达与hr HPV感染具有相关性。

Objective To investigate the expression of ki67 and p16 in different grades of cervical lesions.Methods Immunohistochemical examinations was performed to detect ki67 and p16 in cervical specimens collected from 196 patients,and TCT and HPV findings in patients were recorded.Of the 196 samples,including 40 cases of cervical inflammation,61 cases of low grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions(Low-grade cervical),67 cases of high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),and 28 cases of cervical cancer(Cervical cancer).Results There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of ki67 and p16 in different grades of cervical lesions(P<0.001).The positive expression rate of ki67 and p16 in cervical tissues of patients infected with high-risk HPV(high-risk HPV,hr HPV)was higher than that of patients with negative hr HPV.Conclusions When the histological features are not clear,immunohistochemical detection of ki67 and p16 could help the diagnosis of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions and improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis.Ki67 and p16 expression is associated with hr HPV infection.
